Wedding Coordination Packages
For the Bride who wants to celebrate her day and not stress over planning a wedding. "Let us take your Dream and make it a Reality.” We will handle everything.

WHITE PACKAGE (Consultation Only): 
- Coordinator will meet with Bride for consultations on wedding including items such as: budget, colors, themes, flowers, etc.
- Cost for this package is $40 per hour.


SILVER PACKAGE (Wedding Day Coordination): 
For the Bride who has already made all the plans and booked the vendors yet needs someone to oversee the 
wedding day.
- Includes up to 6 (30 Minute) Consultations with Coordinator via telephone/email (any in person consultations or additional 
  telephone/email consultations are $40 per hour).
- Coordinates wedding rehearsal which includes timeline for wedding party, instruction on usher seating, family seating, wedding 
  party processional, ceremony, wedding party recessional, and family recessional. Timelines for Wedding Day will be distributed 
  to include times for each member of the wedding party to arrive at the venue.
- Coordinator directs the wedding ceremony.
- Coordinator assists wedding party with flowers, boutonnieres, corsages, and any other things needed on wedding day.
- Coordinator consults with program/guest book/gift attendants upon arrival regarding duties.
- Coordinator sends bridal attendants and groom attendants to respective rooms.
- Coordinator gathers all family and wedding party attendants and places them in line for formal processional of ceremony.
- Coordinator ensures that best man and maid/matron of honor have wedding rings.
- Coordinator issues cues for: Pre-ceremony music, candle lighting, family processional music, bridal party processional music, 
  and bride’s processional music.
- Coordinator adjusts train and/or veil of bride upon entrance
- Coordinator consults with caterer and reception entertainment and reviews script for announcements and reception activities.
- Coordinator ensures that the reception site is set up properly and that the cake(s) have arrived and in place.
- Coordinator consults with bride/groom/wedding party/family regarding announcement(s) into reception and places them in line 
  for announcements.
- Coordinator notifies caterer, photographer, videographer, reception entertainment, and all other appropriate wedding 
  professionals of cake cutting.
- Coordinator cues guests giving toasts
- Coordinator ensures that photographer, videographer, and reception entertainment are prepared for couple’s departure.
- Coordinator works with reception entertainment to facilitate bouquet/garter toss and departure of couple.
- Cost for this package starts at $900 (up to 10 hours of wedding services). The price covers Coordinator and one assistant for 
  one venue and up to 100 guests, 100+ guests and/or more than one venue will cost an additional $200 plus mileage between 
  venues at 65 cents per mile if more than 25 miles. Additional assistants will be used at the discretion of the Coordinator at a cost 
  of $30 each per hour plus mileage if more than 25 miles between venues.. 


GOLD PACKAGE (Full Wedding Coordination): 
For the Bride who wants to celebrate her day and not stress over planning a wedding. Let us take your dream and make it 
a reality.” We will handle everything.
- Includes ALL activities listed in the “Silver” package.
- Assists Bride with Wedding Budget.
- Includes an additional 4 (30 minute) consultations with Coordinator via telephone/email (any in person consultations or 
  additional telephone/email consultations are $40 per hour).
- Works with Bride on theme, colors, and selections for wedding
- Assists Bride in selecting vendors (Visits to vendors made together are limited to 2 visits per area of expertise. Visits to be made 
  at discretion of Coordinator).
- Assists Bride in choosing invitations, dresses, decorations, flowers, and design as needed (Up to 6 hours).
- Attends Wedding Festivals and events in the Greenville/Spartanburg area with Bride as needed for an additional charge of $40 
  per hour plus parking and any admission fees.
- Contacts all contracted vendors by telephone 1 (one) week from wedding date to confirm all vendor agreements.  
- Coordinates any arrivals and deliveries with the venue(s).
- Ensures that wedding and reception sites are left clean and orderly.
- Cost for this package starts at $1,800 (up to 12 hours of wedding services). The price covers Coordinator and one assistant for 
  one venue and up to 150 guests, 150+ guests and/or more than one venue will cost an additional $200 plus mileage between 
  venues at 65 cents per mile if more than 25 miles. Additional assistants will be used at the discretion of the Coordinator at a cost 
  of $30 each per hour plus mileage if more than 25 miles between venues. For events exceeding $15,000 in budget the cost is 
  15% of total budget.
